Answers to common questions
We’ve compiled a list of answers to common questions.
- Whats needed to confirm reservation?
To confirm a daily or weekly reservation, a master card or visa number with expiration date is required. A security deposit of $200 is required for monthly reservations.
- Cleaning Fee?
A one time cleaning fee will be added to the normal rates.
The fee is $60 for villas and lofts and $90 for the Beach House and Double Villa.
- Do you have a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, we have a Minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Do You have larger units?
Yes, Three and four bedroom units are also available.
- Rate changes?
Rates effective January 1, 2016 and subject to change without notice.
- Booking Restrictions?
The month of February must be combined with either January or March.
- When are payments rendered?
All daily/weekly rents are due and payable upon arrival with Visa, MasterCard, traveler’s checks or cash (no personal checks).
- Any refund on early departure?
No refund for early departures.
- When do I need to cancel by for refund of Deposit?
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to check-in for less than monthly reservations and at least one (1) month prior to check-in for monthly’s for deposit refund.
- Can I use my reservation deposit towards my rental rate?
Reservation deposit will be applied as Security Deposit at check-in, and is not applicable to rent. This deposit will be refunded within fifteen (15) days after departure, providing property is left in good order.
- Pet Restrictions or Fees?
A US $100 non-refundable fee is required for all pets. Pets are limited to 25 pounds and must be approved by rental office.
- Whats provided in Units?
All units are equipped with linens, dishes and cooking utensils.
- Phone line use?
No switchboard connections to rooms. Each unit has a private phone.
